Our HistoryHeidi Robinson sold her first REO in 2004 and founded Calwest REO in 2008. Since then, Calwest REO has consistently listed and managed REO properties for some of the industry's most prominent asset management companies, large financial institutions, and boutique investor-directed hedge funds. With over a decade of experience, Calwest REO has sold hundreds of REOs and performed thousands of broker price opinions (BPOs) . The Calwest REO team is focused on continuing education in order to stay up-to-date on market and default servicing trends. As one of the most visible and involved teams, clients regularly see Calwest REO at industry education, networking, and trainings events.
