Heidi Robinson is a committed and professional Real Estate Agent, licensed in California, with diverse experience in all aspects Real Estate, including REO property management and disposition. Heidi has been a full-time real estate professional since 2003 and has worked various market segments, from first time buyers to investors. She has extensive knowledge with all types of real estate including oceanfront "beach" property, multi-residential, vacant land, rural properties and commercial properties. Heidi is affiliated with Thunderbird Real Estate, a reputable and established woman-owned business. She is a 6th generation native of the San Francisco/Monterey Bay region. As a long-time resident of Santa Cruz County, Heidi takes great pride in her role in the community. She regularly attends community events, including meetings with a local real estate economist to discuss market trends. Heidi values her craft and constantly follows the latest headlines in the world of housing. She is a member of DSPros, NAHREP, NAREB, AREAA and is the 2011 Northwest Board Chair with NAWRB. She holds several default servicing real estate designations/certifications including CDPE, JVI REO Appraisal Course, GRI, RDC-Pro, VRMU and ORDMS Accredited REO Agent. As of 2008, the focus of Heidi’s business has been in REO property. She is a founding member of the CalWest REO Team, an organization dedicated to the default service industry. Her team has listed and sold over 170 REO properties. In addition, Heidi has performed hundreds of BPOs, which keeps her up to date on market trends. Heidi knows all of the micro-neighborhood nuances, which helps her to accurately assess property values in any given area within her market. Heidi believes that industry education is of utmost importance and regularly attends default industry conferences and events. One of Heidi’s hallmarks as a real estate professional is her leadership skills. Her professionalism and dedication to detail are also exemplary. She has vast experience in management, employee training and twenty years of experience in organizing community events.
